Hi Emma,I think I'll use my iPad for some games and learning games as well.Speaking for learning games,do you know the game Makers Empire?It's a game where you have you go through challenges and think of things to make,all the hard challenges give you coins and you can buy new blocks or new stuff for your avatar.In this game my name is Susie Purple Socks,what would your name be if you had an account on this game?

ReplyDeleteI think those are fabulous ways of utilising a tablet. Wouldn't it be cool to be able to use the tablet to learn new languages as well like the languages from the countries in the learning prep challenges?
I can't say I have heard of that game before but it sounds exciting and fascinating. I like your account name Susie Purple Socks, I think my account name would be Emma Dilemma (my parents used to call me that).

ReplyDeleteI have just done some research and have come across an app called "Duolingo" that uses games to support you to learn new languages :)
Kia ora Emma,Duolingo sounds like a very good language to learn.Have you learnt that language before?
