Today I want to tell you about how to be healthy and how to stay away from sugar.
How many teaspoons of sugar should you have daily?
You should have no more than 6 teaspoons of sugar daily.
Which one is better Orange Juice or a normal Orange?
Eating a Orange is better because Orange juice has 18 teaspoons of sugar and a normal Orange has 1/2 teaspoons of sugar.
3 ways to avoid sugar.
1. Drink more water
2. Get sugar free drinks
3. Don't drink fizzy drinks before you eat.
3 bad things things that could happen if you eat too much sugar
1. Type two diabetes
2. Liver Disease
3. Heart Disease
