Being a chef would be a great job. Imagine all of the yummy things your dad could make for dinner! What does he actually do for work?
I really like how you've thought carefully about how you could help him achieve his dream. I think your fourth point is a great tip for everyone trying to learn something new - start small and work your way up to the slightly harder things.
