SLJ: The Hudson River

                                                         Hey everyone,

Welcome back to my blog, so today I was supposed to tell you about a time when I was brave or when some else was brave but I can't remember when I was brave or when someone else was brave so I'm gonna show you a video about a pilot named Sully. Here is a video / short story about how safe 155 people.
This video will tell you about the story.
Sully Video

Here is a quick recap.
- There were birds everywhere and they were too close so Sully couldn't fly around them.
- The engines were low.
- They had to land in the Hunson River, which was really cold.
- It started flooding.
-Boats came to rescue them and everyone survived.
What a Miracle!
Thank you for reading this Blog Post and thank you for watching the video.
The question is: Did you enjoy the video?
The challenge is: Write a short story about the video.
I know this Blog Post is short but I'll talk to you the next time I post.
GoodBye!

  1. Hi Susie,

    Me again. :)

I really like how you've shared information about the Hudson River landing but it's important that you answer the questions we've asked on the Summer Learning Journey website. If you can't think of something to write straight away you can always come back to the activity later - you don't have to do them in order. Have another think about a time where you or someone you know was brave and write about it in your reply to me. I can't wait to read it! :)

    Bye for now,

    Mikey

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
