SLJ: Fantastic Beast

Kia Ora everyone, welcome back to another SLJ Blog post.
Everyone knows that J.K Rowling the writer of Harry Potter
( My Favourite movie ) made another movie called Fantastic Beast, so today's activity is to describe and make creative Beast and share the Beast with you, so let's get started.

This Beast might look bad but I like it. My favourite part is the LOVE HEART mark. I like this because I used my creativity and my art skills.

Hope you enjoyed reading my SLJ Blog post. Have a good rest of your day, Byee!!!

  1. Hello Susie,
Really good job on your beast/beauty. I really like how your beast is so all up in hearts and love. Your imagination pumps me up all with happiness.

  2. Kia ora Susie!

I'm sure you are looking at my name and wondering what is going on - my name is also Susie and I am a member of our Summer Learning Journey team this year! It is a pleasure to finally meet you online in this blogging space.

To tell you a little bit more about myself, I have been studying at the university to become a primary school teacher and now I'm preparing to have my own class sometime soon!
I am passionate about art - painting, drawing, crafting, designing, photography and anything else you can think of. Staying creative is so important to me because we are all meant to be different and special in our own way.

I think you are very talented at using your art skills, I am not very good at using online tools to draw but it is definitely something I am planning to work on! Which app did you use to create this beautiful picture? You should let me know :)

Well done on completing this activity on writing a description about your Fantastic Beast. I really enjoyed reading about Pika. I have come across some scary beasts for this activity but it seems like Pika is all about love and happiness. Does she use her special powers to any strangers she come across or is she usually nice?

Looking forward to reading more of your blog posts Susie! :)

    Take care,
    Susie

    From Susie :D

    1. Good morning Susie,

Thank you for taking your time to ask me these questions. I am from a city named Busan which is located at the bottom of South Korea. I came to New Zealand when I was 13 years old!

Emma is actually my cluster manager for our Uru Mānuka team (we are looking after schools in Christchurch) and yes, you would have seen her around commenting on blog posts. :)

      Take care,
      Susie
