I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 7 and in 2021 I will be a year 8. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Kia ora Susie,
ReplyDeleteWOW! It is exciting to hear that you have visited the Tāne Mahuta tree before. Do you not remember much about it? You must've been a small baby when you visited. I think your reasoning is fair enough because travelling such a long distance to take a photo with the enormous tree may sound like a mission. Especially if you are living in Christchurch, you will need to get on the plane then take another three hours and a half from Auckland (by car) to get there! It sounds like a long trip.
Are there any beautiful spots to see trees in Christchurch? I heard that Hagley park is pretty amazing. I have been there once but it was too big so I couldn't go around the whole park! Let me know where your favourite nature spot is.
Excited to hear back from you,
Susie
